NEW REQUIREMENT

Property Pre-Touring Agreement

Dear Buyer,

I wanted to quickly touch base about a new legal requirement that's come into effect for Realtors like myself. Due to a recent settlement by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), all realtors are now required to have a signed agreement in place with you before we can tour any properties.

This change, which started on August 17, 2024, is part of a broader effort to increase transparency in the home-buying process.

I know it might seem like an extra step, but, as we proceed with your property search, this document  will safeguard both of us by providing clear and transparent details about compensation from the start.

For you, this means more upfront knowledge about how we'll work together and what to expect regarding agent fees-no surprises along the way!

It's important that we follow these new guidelines so we can proceed within legal requirements.

I am always focused on providing a professional experience and this new step just adds another layer of clarity to our partnership. If you have any questions about this process, don't hesitate to reach out.

I'm here to make your property-buying journey as simple and enjoyable as possible!

" Mauricio was outstanding. He really took the time to understand my needs and negotiate effectively for the property I wanted. When concerns arose about a structure, he not only addressed them with the seller but also arranged for a termite protection plan to be covered by them—his commitment to my peace of mind was truly impressive. I can’t recommend him highly enough!"
